Coaching

The BRAVE Leader is David’s signature leadership programme. I have worked with several leaders across several sectors, offering coaching around specific areas such as performance, career progression, decision making and effective communication. At the heart of this coaching is a central focus on inclusive leadership.

The core coaching models David employs are Systemic Coaching and Appreciative Enquiry. I also draw on several other models and tools to help my clients achieve the desired results.


Senior Executive Coaching

Leadership coaching senior leaders, including Chief Officer roles, Managing Directors and Partners.

Format

Coaching for executives is usually delivered on a one-to-one basis for senior executives, partners or leaders of organisations.

David primarily draws on the principles of systemic coaching, appreciative inquiry and polarity coaching. In addition, tools such as 360 reviews or peer interview coaching can be used to help in the process.

Delivery

Face-to-face or virtual. Usually, a minimum of six sessions over six months, or longer if needed by the client.


Management Coaching

This is a leadership programme for senior managers. This can include Country, Heads of, VPs, and one or two levels below executives developing their leadership.

Format

This coaching for senior managers is usually done in a group setting over two or more sessions.

The management teams or groups are coached on specific development or performance growth areas using systemic coaching, appreciative inquiry and polarity coaching as primary models.

Delivery

Mostly face-to-face for teams based in the UK, but can be done virtually for international or remote teams.


Sponsorship Coaching

This is a coaching programme that compliments sponsors and sponsees. David works with teams on designing and framing their sponsorship programme, helping to set expectations and outcomes and guiding the sponsor and sponsee on navigating each other.

Format

Six-month Programme with a briefing for Sponsors on how to better work with their sponsees. Plenary and one-to-one sessions for sponsors and sponsees to explore how they can best work together and get results from the coaching.

Delivery
Virtual sessions for groups and individuals.
Sessions from sixty to ninety minutes
